It addresses a whitespace by helping companies in developing markets source regular sized and tax paid scrap metal from sellers in markets such as the UK and the USA.

Ferrous

Alloy steel, mild steel, carbon steel, cast iron and wrought iron all types of ferrous scrap are continuously generated from construction sites, building demolitions, industrial waste, household appliances, automobile, railways, ship dismantling and many other sources all over the world. We are sourcing all our ferrous scrap from the most reliable and established scrap processing plants and yards around the globe.

Nonferrous

Aluminium, copper, brass, lead, zinc are majorly traded nonferrous scrap metals. Aluminium being most commonly used metal in automobile and building constructions, generates large quantities of recyclable scrap. We at Sometal have very good network with direct suppliers of quality processed scrap of almost all variants as per ISRI specifications and guidelines.

Waste Plastic

Plastic is the most hazardous waste for landfills. Currently only 9% plastic is recycled and balance is going into sea and landfills which is really dangerous for earth’s life cycle and next generation. The best property of plastic is that it is 100% recyclable. We are sourcing all variants of plastic wastes PET, HDPE, PE, PVC and others from different scrap sorting and processing yards all around the globe.

Waste Paper

We procure all variants of wastepaper grade categories. Old corrugated containers (boxing and packaging), mix paper (phone books, magazines), old Newspapers, de-inked paper (envelops, letterheads) and pulp substitutes(discarded scraps from mills). Our sources are reliable from decades and we take full responsibility of the material supplied.

Waste Glass Cullet

Currently we are sourcing all types of waste glass categories including amber glass cullet, coloured bottle waste and clear glass cullets. We are sourcing broken recyclable glass waste from various domestic waste processing and sorting plants who are attached with municipal councils of the urban areas.
